Watchdog Wallet ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the Watchdog Wallet and Watchdog Retrieve applications ("Services").
Watchdog Wallet is a self-custody wallet. We do not have access to your private keys, passkeys, PINs, or funds. Your cryptographic secrets are generated and stored locally on your device or in your hardware security key. We cannot see, access, or recover them.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. PINs are hashed with PBKDF2 (600,000 iterations) and per-user salts. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security — no system is 100% secure.
We retain your account data and transaction history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication tokens and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
